  1、原料:羊鞭2條,小香蔥10克,生姜5克,料酒10克,胡椒粉2克,鹽2克,高湯1000克。

  2、準備:羊鞭處理幹淨,切成小段。燒一鍋開水,放點生姜片,燒開後放入羊鞭焯水。小香蔥切成蔥花,生姜切片。

  3、做法:把羊鞭放入砂鍋,加入高湯、姜片、料酒等煨至羊鞭酥爛,放鹽調味,撒入胡椒粉、蔥花即可。
