  1、用料:豬蹄一根、排骨适量、雞爪适量、黃豆适量、黑豆适量、姜适量、鹽少許、料酒适量、生抽少許、冰糖2勺半。

  2、豬蹄、排骨、雞爪過水煮,水中加桂皮和八角。

  3、豬蹄、排骨、雞爪清洗好放電飯煲。

  4、姜切小丁,放入冰糖,料酒,生抽、鹽、黃豆、黑豆。

  5、加水。按電飯鍋選豬蹄模式。即可。
