  1、主料:豬小排(豬肋排)(500克)木瓜(500克)花生仁(生)(100克)蜜棗(50克)。

  2、調料:鹽(3克)。

  3、木瓜去皮去核,洗淨,切厚塊。

  4、花生用清水浸一小時,取起。

  5、蜜棗洗淨,排骨放入滾水中煮五分鐘,取起。

  6、水10杯或适量放入煲内,花生也放入煲内煲滾,放入排骨,木瓜,蜜棗煲滾,慢火煲三小時,下鹽調味。
