  1、茼蒿洗幹淨。

  2、鍋加水煮開,下點鹽和油放茼蒿煮熟撈起,用廚房剪刀從中間剪斷并疊好。

  3、油鍋放油,燒熱油後下輔料,澱腐乳要打散,最後用澱粉勾芡。

  4、煮好的料汁澆在茼蒿上,完工。

  5、小貼士:茼蒿很容易熟,不需要燙太久。
