  1、主料:螃蟹250克,蟹肉細嫩,營養豐富。

  2、調料:醋15克,姜5克,花椒2克。

  3、把姜洗淨切成末;

  4、姜末放在器皿中倒入香醋拌勻待用;

  5、将河蟹用水沖洗幹淨,放入蒸鍋中加幾粒花椒蒸7~8分鐘取出,裝入盤中蘸姜醋汁食食即可。
