  1、材料:番薯750克,芥菜500克,鲮魚滑250克,生姜3片。

  2、番薯洗淨去皮、切塊;芥菜洗淨切段;

  3、市場售的鲮魚滑加入适量蝦米、豬肉剁碎,再攪拌;

  4、先把番薯和清水1500毫升(6碗量)下镬,武火煮至番薯稍熟,用湯匙把鲮魚滑做成丸狀下鍋,再下芥菜,熟後調入鹽、油便可。
