1、将黑魚去五髒洗淨，魚腹中放入蔥、姜，料酒待用，苦瓜去籽洗淨切成片；
2、煎盤放油放入微波爐中預熱，将黑魚放在微波爐中，倒入料酒、開水15分鐘後取出，再加入苦瓜、鹽、雞精、胡椒粉再放入微波爐中6分鐘即可。
