  1、食材:鮑魚500克,夏枯草50克,瘦豬肉20克。

  2、做法:鮑魚肉去掉污穢粘連部分,再用清水洗幹淨,切成片狀。再加上夏枯草、瘦豬肉,一齊放入已經用猛火煲滾了的清水内,改用中火,繼續煲3小時左右,以少許幼鹽調味,即可佐膳飲湯吃肉了。
