山西油酥燒餅的做法

  1、取面粉50g,倒入鍋中,小火加油拌勻,熬出面香味,制成酥面備用,将剩餘面粉加入水抄勻,醒發一段時間。

  2、把面團揪成很小的劑子,擀成長劑子并在上面抹一層油酥、鹽、十三香攤勻,把劑子由外向裡卷起來,兩頭抹點油,用手按扁。

  3、再擀成圓餅胚,把圓餅放在烤爐的鐵闆上,烤至兩面焦黃,即可出爐。
