  1、把削皮的馬鈴薯切割成1.5mm厚的圓片;

  2、用涼水侵泡,并清洗去木薯澱粉,随後控幹水份備用;

  3、鹽和雞精、白胡椒粉翻拌預留;

  4、炒菜鍋容易上火,放進花生油燒開,待油起煙時,将土豆塊撒上入用竈火煎,至土豆塊發硬時,變為微火,并且用叉子輕輕地攪拌,直煎至黃而脆;

  5、撈起來撒上拌好的鹽就可以。
