  1、材料:

  炸油适量,蝦排1塊,太白粉适量,水适量,白飯1碗,沙拉油适量,生菜1片,海苔1片,水200毫升,醬油2大匙,柴魚精1大匙,糖1大匙。

  2、做法:

  (1)熱鍋,放入炸油燒至180℃,放入蝦排炸至表面呈金黃色,撈起瀝幹油脂,即為炸蝦排備用。

  (2)取另一鍋将所有材料以小火煮開,以太白粉加水調勻勾芡,即為柴魚照燒醬備用。

  (3)白飯捏成圓餅狀2片,取一平底鍋放入沙拉油,以中小火将飯兩面煎成微金黃色,即為米餅備用。

  (4)米餅中依序夾入生菜、炸蝦排、海苔,淋上柴魚照燒醬即可。
