豬腰子怎麼做好吃

  爆炒豬腰

  材料:去皮桃仁30克,枸杞20克,豬腰3隻,鹽1/2勺,料酒1大勺,冰糖粉1大勺,蔥姜各2片,水澱粉少許。

  做法

  1、豬腰從中間一分為二,去掉中間的白色臊腺,切花刀。

  2、加鹽、蔥姜、料酒入味去腥臊,洗淨,加少許水澱粉抓勻。

  3、鍋中放油,将桃仁炒至金黃色倒出,再将豬腰炒至白色。

  4、放入泡開的枸杞,加鹽、冰糖粉,炒勻,盛出,撒上桃仁即可。
