  1、準備材料:牛排1塊、黑胡椒适量、鹽适量、黃油小塊、紅酒/檸檬汁适量;

  2、牛排提前拿到放冰箱冷藏層解凍至軟化,用厚紙巾吸一下表面溢出來的血水,牛排兩面撒上黑胡椒碎和鹽、幾滴檸檬汁,倒入少許油,靜置15-20分鐘;

  3、平底鍋大火燒熱至冒煙,然後關中小火,牛排兩面各煎50秒,煎第二面時放黃油,出鍋後靜置5分鐘,加入醬料即可。
