  1、用料:梅酒少許、香橙若幹、水300ML、瓊脂10G、糖30G、橙汁200ML;

  2、香橙洗淨,剖開。

  3、水+糖+瓊脂熬至瓊脂融化。

  4、挖出香橙果肉.撕去白色的膜。

  5、向2裡加入橙汁,梅酒,少許去膜去籽的橙肉。

  6、稍涼後倒入挖空的橙碗裡.放冰箱冷藏1小時即可。
