醬豬肝的做法步驟

  1、原料:豬肝400克、豆油15克、蔥10克、姜2克、醬油400克、料酒20克、白糖5克、胡椒面少許。

  2、将整個豬肝泡在水裡1小時左右,然後撈出再用開水燙一下。

  3、将燙豬肝的水倒掉,然後倒進200克清水。将蔥切成2厘米長的段,姜切成薄片,與料酒、胡椒面、醬油、豆油、白糖一起倒進鍋裡,在微火上燒1小時。

  4、将醬好的豬肝晾涼,切成薄片,即可食用。
