  1、用料:蘆筍200克,植物油10克,魚湯200克,姜5克,蔥5克,精鹽、味精、水澱粉少許。

  2、蘆筍洗淨去根後,放入沸水中焯一下,撕去老皮,排列在盤中待用;蔥切節,姜切片。

  3、将植物油燒至七成熱,放入姜、蔥,炒出香味,摻鮮湯燒沸。放入蘆筍,燒至入味,加精鹽、味精、蘆筍裝盤。鍋内所餘湯汁,用澱粉水勾芡,淋在蘆筍之上即可裝盤食用。
