  1、食材:低筋面粉200克;黃油100克;雞蛋2個;奶粉20克;糖粉30克。

  2、黃油自然軟化,用攪拌器攪勻。加入糖粉和雞蛋,繼續攪。把低筋面粉和奶粉過篩。揉成面粉。放置冰箱冷藏20分鐘。

  3、把面團擀成5mm的厚度。用模具壓形狀。

  4、烤盤鋪上油紙。放上壓好的餅。上下火150度烤15分鐘即可。
