  1、食材:新鮮鲅魚,優質食用油,廚房大料,白砂糖等。

  2、鲅魚處理幹淨,去頭切塊

  3、加入少許料酒、花椒等腌制二十分鐘左右去腥。

  4、控水後粘澱粉,過油炸制兩面金黃。

  5、放入陶土瓦罐中,由孟氏瓦罐煲湯技藝家傳的二十多種植物草本調味料(廚房大料)搭配的瓦罐湯中煨制入味。
