  1、食材:鮮活小鮑魚450克,魚卷1條,五花肉少許,青蒜少許。

  2、用刀子将鮑魚肉從殼裡取出,去内髒,然後在表面劃十字花刀。

  3、清洗幹淨,用料酒、姜粉腌制15分鐘。

  4、五花肉少許切成薄片,青蒜也切成細段待用。

  5、熱鍋轉小火入少許油,将肉片放入煎至微黃逼出油。

  6、加入魚卷大火翻炒片刻,然後加入鮑魚繼續翻炒。

  7、入調味料(料酒、生抽、鹽、胡椒粉)最後撒入青蒜段即可。
