  1、材料:白蘿蔔1個,醬油12大匙,糖6大匙,鹽1小匙,味精2小匙,水8大匙。

  2、将蘿蔔洗淨,切成片,控幹水分。

  3、所有調料放鍋裡煮開,将蘿蔔放入焯下水,迅速的撈出。

  4、調料和蘿蔔先分别放涼,再一起放入消毒過的容器裡冷藏保存,一天後即可食用。
