冬筍炒臘肉的做法

  1、将臘肉洗淨,切成2.4 厘米長、1.8 厘米寬、0.6 厘米厚的薄片。

  2、冬筍去殼、老根,洗淨,同樣切成薄片,用開水焯一下,去掉澀味。

  3、青蒜擇洗幹淨,切成2.4 厘米長的段待用。

  4、熱鍋放油燒至七成熱時,下臘肉煸炒片刻,随即下冬筍一起煸炒,加豆鼓、料酒、調味品、鮮湯50毫升焖片刻,至湯快收幹時即成。
