青豆炒五花肉的做法

  1、主料:新鮮青豆300克,五花肉200克,紅椒。調料:鹽少許,胡椒粉3/4小勺,老抽2勺,蔥姜少許。

  2、青豆放滾水内過一遍,備用,紅椒切小塊。

  3、豬肉切片加鹽,老抽,胡椒粉(可加少許味精)腌制15分鐘。

  4、鍋内熱油,加蔥姜煸炒,放肉炒至八成熟,加青豆,紅椒炒至肉熟即可出鍋.
