  1、主料:青菜2顆,大米1碗,紅薯1個。輔料:食鹽2勺,豬油适量,雞精少許。

  2、米,青菜,紅薯洗淨。紅薯和青菜切丁。

  3、米放入鍋中,放入适量水。

  4、等米煮開後,放入青菜、紅薯。

  5、放入鹽,放入豬油。大火煮開,然後開小火,煮20分鐘左右看到粥濃稠即可。
