  1、裡脊肉肉末250g,桂格即食燕麥100ml,生抽30ml,老抽15ml。将肉末和燕麥攪拌均勻。

  2、将200g豆腐搗碎,攪拌均勻,起膠。

  3、用勺子整形成小丸子,其實估計若是獅子頭也行的,就是豆腐少放些,否則容易散開。

  4、烤箱預熱200度,烤20分鐘即可出爐。
