  1、豬排1000克,白蘿蔔500克,蔥段、姜片、料酒、花椒、胡椒面、鹽各适量。

  2、豬排剁成小塊,入開鍋中焯一下,撈出用涼水沖洗幹淨,重新入開水鍋中,放蔥、姜、料酒、花椒面,用中火煮炖90分鐘,撈出去骨;白蘿蔔去皮,切條,用開水焯一下,去生味。

  3、鍋内煮的排骨湯繼續燒開,投入排骨和蘿蔔條,炖15分鐘,肉爛、蘿蔔軟即成。
