  1、鞭筍3根、牛肉100g、澱粉1勺、料酒1勺、生抽2勺、細鹽适量、耗油1勺。

  2、做法:鞭筍去殼,切片加少許細鹽腌制五分鐘,上鍋蒸熟。蒸鞭筍時,把牛肉切片加澱粉、耗油,生抽和料酒各一勺腌制五分鐘。

  3、起油鍋,快速炒牛肉片。牛肉片變色,下鞭筍翻炒。翻炒均勻後加一勺生抽上色,上色均勻就可以起鍋了。
