  1、食材:基圍蝦300克,姜10克,蔥15克,料酒5克,鹽3克,耗油6克,陳醋5克,醬油3克。

  2、活基圍蝦洗淨控幹去須子。

  3、鍋中放入清水,加入蔥姜,料酒。

  4、放入基圍蝦煮。

  5、煮至8分鐘左右加入少許鹽出鍋。

  6、将姜蒜切末放入碗中,加入耗油,醬油,陳醋調制汁。裝入盤中,蘸料汁,番茄醬即可。
