香菇炒毛豆詳細做法

  1、香菇4朵,毛豆500g,大蒜3瓣,蚝油1勺,鹽少許,花生油适量。

  2、把毛豆的外殼去除,香菇去蒂,洗淨後切成小片備用。

  3、鍋中燒開水,放少許鹽,倒入毛豆焯燙至熟透為止。

  4、鍋中留開水,倒入香菇焯燙1分鐘即可,然後撈出控水備用。

  5、燒熱鐵鍋,倒入花生油,6成油溫後,放入蒜片炒香,然後調至中火,倒入香菇煸炒。

  6、加1勺蚝油調味,煸炒一會,最後把毛豆倒入鍋中一同炒勻,出鍋前調入鹽再次調味即可。
