  1、排骨一條斬小塊,蔥姜少許。

  2、生粉、生抽、料酒各一大勺,糖半勺,鹽少量。

  3、排骨焯開水,用生粉。生抽、料酒、糖拌勻腌制片刻。

  4、炒鍋燒熱後倒入少許食用油,油8成熱後放入蔥姜翻炒,放入排骨,注意不要倒入腌排骨的湯汁。中火将排骨炒至半熟,再倒入,小火稍炖10分鐘左右,最後大火收汁即可!
