  1、人體俯卧水中,頭肩稍高于水面,遊進時軀幹繞身體縱軸适當左右滾動,兩臂輪流劃水推動身體前進。

  2、手入水後劃水路線呈S形,呼吸與劃水動作協調。當臂用力劃水時,利用水流在頭兩側形成的波谷吸氣。這樣比較合理、省力、阻力小,速度最快。
