  1、主料:青椒(适量) 胡蘿蔔鹹菜(适量);調料:涼拌醋(适量) 自制紅油(适量) 自制花椒油(适量)。

  2、做法:青椒洗淨後,去筋去籽。把青椒切成5厘米長細絲。胡蘿蔔鹹菜同樣切細絲。把胡蘿蔔鹹菜絲、青椒絲盛到幹淨容器裡,倒入适量涼拌醋。根據喜好倒入适量花椒油。最後倒入半湯匙紅油,拌勻即可。
