釀果酒的殺菌方法步驟

  1、自釀果酒可采用以下方法消毒:将裝果酒的瓶子洗幹淨備用,将釀制好的酒過濾出來,裝入瓶子裡,用裝食品的塑料袋将瓶口封死,用繩子将瓶口綁緊,放入罐裡蒸。

  2、等罐裡的水冒小泡(水的溫度達到70度,不能燒開,否則酒精會蒸發掉),即将火熄滅,焖幾分鐘再取出。經過消毒處理的果酒可以放心食用。
