  1、首先把老鴨洗淨切塊,冷水下鍋,煮開後撈出;

  2、冬瓜去皮切塊,皮留着一起炖湯;

  3、薏米、陳皮和蓮子提前用溫水泡發;

  4、老鴨、陳皮、薏米、冬瓜皮、紅棗放入湯煲中,加清水沒過食材,後小火煲1小時,加入冬瓜肉繼續煲半小時,加入鹽、糖即可。
