  1、主料:大米300克,菠菜30克,清水300克,精鹽少許。

  2、将菠菜的菜葉洗淨,放入開水鍋内煮軟,切碎備用。

  3、之後清洗幹淨大米,用水泡1-3小時,倒入鍋内。

  4、煮30-40分鐘左右,在停火之前加入精鹽及切碎的育菜,再煮10分鐘即成。
