  1、食材:枸杞15克,烏雞500克,姜5克,蔥5克,鹽2克,胡椒粉1克,料酒4毫升,清水1.5升。

  2、枸杞洗淨泡發。姜拍破,蔥挽結。

  3、将烏雞洗淨,放入沸水鍋内焯水,撈出瀝水,然後将枸杞裝入烏雞腹腔内。

  4、将烏雞放入器皿中加清水、精鹽、胡椒粉、姜、蔥、料酒,用皮紙将器皿口封閉,入籠用旺火蒸約1小時30分鐘,直到烏雞熟爛入味,出籠後去掉紙皮,成菜。
