  1、材料:白菜250克,豆腐200克,排骨2塊,鹽3克,胡椒粉3克,料酒适量。

  2、排骨洗淨,先燙過去除血水,沖淨泡沫後,重新加開水煮開,加料酒一大匙,小火慢炖。

  3、白菜洗淨,切成長條。豆腐切成長方塊。

  4、排骨湯煮好後,放入白菜,再放入豆腐,文火将白菜熬爛。

  5、出鍋前加少許鹽和胡椒調味即可。
