  1、主料:豆腐一塊半,蔥丁、胡蘿蔔丁各二兩。

  2、佐料:醬油、醋、味素、白糖、澱粉、蔥、姜、蒜末、花椒水各少許。

  3、豆腐切成長方形的厚片,炸成金黃色取出,切成七分長的段,加澱粉拌勻,再下鍋炸成金黃 色取出;

  4、先把切好的蔥、姜、蒜、胡蘿蔔丁、花椒水放入喚内炒,交 好的豆腐放入鍋内,然後把糖、醋、醬油用水兌成,及時倒入鍋内翻炒, 待完全挂到豆腐上即成。
