  1、淮山藥三根、豬骨1000g、紅棗五顆、鹽少許。

  2、豬骨洗淨、淮山藥洗淨去皮,切塊備用。

  3、現将豬骨放入鍋内加水,煮沸去沫,炖煮30分鐘。

  4、放入切好的淮山藥,放幾粒紅棗。

  5、炖煮大約半小時,山藥變軟,湯汁有粘質感。
