  1、椰漿250克、紅茶一人份、酸奶發酵菌一小袋、開水50-100克

  2、開水沖泡紅茶,沖泡幾分鐘後你可以濾出茶葉渣,把無添加的椰漿倒進熱茶湯,做成椰奶奶茶。

  3、加入菌粉(不用一袋也行,半袋就夠了)放在40度左右的地方靜靜等待……凝固了就好了。
