  1、生豬皮清洗幹淨後放入清水鍋裡,大火煮開後改小火煮制豬皮變厚變色。撈出煮好的豬皮,晾涼後用刀刮掉肉皮裡層的油脂。

  2、把處理幹淨油脂的豬皮用刀裁成5厘米寬的長條,再用線穿起來挂到通風陰涼處晾幹。

  3、一般涼7天左右,豬皮即可幹燥,豬皮晾幹到用手能掰斷的程度。

  4、鍋裡倒入植物油,油七成熱時放入豬皮幹,小火炸制豬皮蓬松顔色變黃即可。把炸好的豬皮撈出控淨油,備用。

  5、炸好的豬皮放到開水鍋裡煮過後再浸泡6小時左右,豬皮即可變軟膨脹且富有彈性。

  6、泡好的炸豬皮涼調、燒湯、或與其他菜蔬烹制均可。
