  1、材料:水蘿蔔、豆幹、火腿、鹽,味極鮮醬油、醋。

  2、水蘿蔔、豆幹、火腿分别切成三角狀(水蘿蔔切薄片);

  3、鍋中燒熱油,撒少許鹽,中火将豆幹煎至兩面金黃蓬松後盛出;

  4、剩下的油爆香蔥花,加入火腿翻炒至兩面略金黃;

  5、倒入水蘿蔔片,翻炒至透明;

  6、加入豆幹繼續翻炒一分鐘後,調入鹽,味極鮮醬油,最後淋入少許香醋,翻勻出鍋。
