  1、工具:酒釀200克、雞蛋一個、枸杞約20顆、生姜一大塊。

  2、将生姜去皮洗淨,切成末後放入碗中,用擀面杖搗碎,然後放入洗淨的紗布中擠出姜汁,待用;雞蛋打散成蛋液;枸杞洗淨後用清水稍稍浸泡一會兒;

  3、淨鍋内放入适量的清水,煮開後倒入枸杞,煮一兩分鐘後倒入酒釀;

  4、倒入姜汁,再倒入雞蛋液,煮至蛋液凝固後即可出鍋。
