  1、大油餅的用料:低筋面粉一斤,大蔥1棵,鹽适量,雞精少量,菜籽油400克,熱水适量。

  2、用熱水将面粉燙熟和成大面團,加适量鹽,卷入切碎的蔥花,加一勺油,成長條形,再切成小面團。

  3、擀成圓餅狀。

  4、兩面煎的話會硬一點,一面煎的軟和。

  5、兩面都起泡結痂,就熟了。
