  1、首先将鍋洗淨燒熱無油狀态,繼續小火燒,用姜片将鍋底認真擦一遍。做魚完整不破皮。

  2、取少許的鹽,撒鹽抹一下魚皮,然後在魚皮表皮抹少許面粉,保證魚皮不破。

  3、熱鍋涼油,鍋裡多放一點油,将魚放到鍋裡煎一下,兩面都煎,魚皮香酥魚肉熟透。
