  1、黃豆洗淨泡一夜,将黃豆煮熟,煮豆的水不要倒,加鹽保存在冰箱裡。

  2、黃豆在溫暖的地方發酵3天,待豆子間有粘粘的液體即可表明發酵成功。

  3、發酵好的黃豆加鹽、剁椒、辣椒面、花椒粉、姜末拌勻。

  4、将煮豆水倒入,點些白酒,裝入保鮮盒中,放在冰箱冷藏7-10天左右即可食用。
