  1、原料:豬腦1個,黑木耳25克,植物油、細鹽、黃酒、香蔥、味精各适量。

  2、豬腦挑去血筋,洗淨;黑木耳冷水泡脹,洗淨,去雜質,仍浸泡在冷水中備用。

  3、起油鍋,放植物油l匙,中火燒熱,倒人木耳,翻炒3分鐘,加黃酒l匙、細鹽半匙、冷水少許,焖3分鐘,豬腦放人,加冷水1碗半,小火慢炖半小時後,加香蔥、味精少許,盛碗。佐餐。
