  1、香菇洗淨,把香菇尾部摘掉,在香菇面上劃十字。

  2、平底鍋燒熱,放如山茶油,生姜片,爆出香味後,将香菇面朝下放入。用山茶油,生粉,清水,糖,如果胃口偏鹹的廚友可以适量加入鹽調好醬汁,放入平底鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋焖三分鐘,中途記得翻面。

  3、出鍋擺盤之後把燒香菇的醬汁倒在香菇上就可以了。
