  1、雞胸肉150克,漢堡胚子2個,雞蛋2個,面包糠100克,蔥姜末各1匙,鹽1/2匙,料酒1匙,生菜、西紅柿适量。

  2、将雞胸肉切塊,用蔥、姜末、精鹽、料酒腌制。

  3、将雞蛋打散,用腌好的雞柳裹上蛋汁,拍上面包糠壓實後,用平底鍋煎至熟透。

  4、最後在漢堡胚子中夾入雞柳、西紅柿、生菜即可。
