  1、青紅椒250克、五香豆腐幹100克、鹽、味精、香油、植物油。

  2、青、紅椒洗淨,去蒂切絲;五香豆腐幹洗淨,切絲。

  3、鍋内倒植物油燒至七成熟,下入青、紅椒絲、豆腐幹絲炒熟,加鹽、味精調味,淋入香油即可。
