  1、苦瓜一根、鴨蛋2隻、精鹽适量、食用油适量、米醋适量、糖少許。

  2、步驟:苦瓜去籽,切片。鴨蛋滴少許白醋,攪打50下。鍋中加水燒開,加少許糖,入苦瓜焯水幾秒。苦瓜變色立即撈出過沖涼水後控水。

  3、熱油加入鴨蛋,鍋鏟輕推,煎熟。加入處理後的苦瓜,食用鹽炒幾下即可出鍋。
